Hi,
If we work in SRM with Classic extended scenario, the PO is created in EBP, then a copy is generated in R3 - MM.
What happen if we delete the PO in EBP????
The copy in R3-MM is deleted too?????
The deletion of PO in R3-MM is automatic or manual?????????????????
Thanks!!!!!!!
Thanks
But what happen, if the PO created in SRM was already sent to backend R3- MM?????
If i delete the PO (delete all the document) in SRM, the copy in R3 will be deleted (all the document) too???????
thanks for your answer.

Yes it will be deleted.
I mean the R/3 PO will be physically be there, But the following things happens
1. Items in the PO will be marked for deletion.
2. The amount encumbered on the PO will be released.
3. The commitments incurred by that PO will be reduced to 0(Zero)
4. Rule 3 and 4 will apply if you have funds management intergrated as well (same logic).
5. The Amount on the PO will be reduced to 0 (Zero)
Let me know if you have any questions.
thanks, Renga

Thaks for your aswers.
Let me see if i understand. If i delete a line item in the PO from SRM the same is replicated to the PO in R3, is that rigth???
If i delete the PO from SRM (all the document), the document is deleted in R3 too??????
Thanks for all.

Yes. If you delete PO items in SRM it will delete items in R/3 . R/3 will mark the items as delete you will see a trash can in front of the item details. deletion status in r/3 is "L".
FYI... PO can be fully deleted if the PO
Rule #1. is not Outputted to vendor or sent from SRM(ECS scenario)
Rule #2. is ordered in SRM not sent to backend system as well as rule #1.
Hope this answers your question completely.

Deletion of PO items in SRM (ECS) will "defenitely" mark PO to be deleted in R/3.

If deleted in SRM, the same should be replicated to R3 also. Meaning the PO in backend is also deleted.
But if it doesn't mean that your PO change is not replicated so far. You can try to push the PO Manually with the function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC. Use the GUID of the PO from BBP_PD in the function module.
Another one, if the PO is not all replicated even once - meaning if the PO is not completely displayed in the R3, then the deletion will also not get replicated.
Please reward point if useful.

Hi,
Once you delete the PO line in SRM, after saving the PO in SRM, ECC PO line will be deleted immediately.
Thank you
