How can I show not all tabs of a tabstrip?

Hallo!

My problem is, tat the tabstrip has too many tabs, and so it is too wide for the monitor, and the user must scroll to see all tabs. It is possible to show only some tabs, and the others for example can select with a combobox, like it is solved in SAP?

In newer versions of Web Dynpro (NW04s), there appears a paginator when there are too many tabs to display.

In NW04, you can control the number of visible tabs from the application using data binding (Tab.visible).
