Unable to delete qualified table data

HI Experts,

I am facing a bottleneck in form deletion of qualified table data.

The scenario goes as:

I have a qualified table called Bank details and it has a lookup field as Bank Key.Bank Key is a Non Qualifier.

Main table, Bank Details, and Bank Key all have been populated. But the problem is now I have to change Bank details and Bank Key data, and I am unable to delete Bank key values because of the linking.

My question is:

>Which is the best way to delete qualified table data?

>Where should one start the deletion from,Bank Key(lookup table) or Bank Details?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Lokesh,

The structure that you have defined is:

Hence you need to break the link between the Main Table and the Qualifier table. After that your Qualifier Table becomes independent of the MainTable.

For that, you can Import the source file with material number and Make your Qualiifer Values as Null in it.

After that, when you will import it, it will make all your Qualifier links as NULL. Then you can go ahead and delete the Qualifier Table Data.

Once the Qualifer Table is deleted, then you can automatically go and delete the Look up flat table.

I hope it helps.

Thnaks and Regards
