Hi,
In my system(ECC 6.0 SP10) I don’t see the UI elements in View Layout in SE80.
Do I miss any settings?

Before checking the active services (where the problem probably lies), check the show/hide layout preview button in your view layout. Toggle between show and hide of the UI elements.
