How to setup the WAS for WAP-Application access?

Hi,

I'm trying to access my AP-Application on the MiniWAS 6.2 by a mobilephone and a PALM-Emulator but I alway get a MIME-Error which seems to depend on a wrong request-header. The application works very well with a PC based WAP-Browser or a mobilephone-Emulator ! Do I have to make some special setups on the WAS to get the right mime-type request-header ? The type is set as "text/vnd.wap.wml" and I think this is ok !

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM ?!?!

Thanks and Regards

Oliver

Hi,

when I worked on WAP four years ago, the problem was that PC Emulators accepted files which could get very big, while phones just could read up to 1 KB. At this time they just crashed, may be they went smarter in the meantime...

Hi Benny,

I can use the smallest sample-code like the "hello world"-example and can not access the application.

I am using the MiniWAS 6.20 , maybe it needs a Kernel Update ?!?
