I have a query.
Unicode contains all the characters in one page.
SMLT is used to install the specific language.
Why do we require to install that particular language specified by the customer using SMLT when Unicode can convert it generally.

Unicode - character encoding used.
SMLT installs the standard SAP translations (eg. for text elements, menus, etc.)
