Hello friends I have inserted the logo in the smartform.it is coming correct in printpreview but in printout it is not coming please can you tell me what would be the problem.

This could mostly because of the printer driver installed. Please check if the printer driver matches the model of the printer.
Also try to check in some other printers if you have in your company
