WM: LL01 "No negative stocks displayed"

Dear friends,

Kindly suggest why negative stocks are not displayed in LL01 ( Warehouse activity monitor) even though negative stock exist for some materials.

Hi

The answer to this is simple. In standard transactions such as LS24 LS26 etc negative stocks will appear immediately because they are 'live' transactions.

LL01 However needs to be configured correctly.

When you configure the Warehouse activity monitor you go through the different options such as open transfer orders, negative stocks etc.

On the negative stocks you have to decide which st types you want to look at when looking for negative stocks and nmor importantly when. This means that you have to set a time for when you want to see the negative stocks this can be 4 seconds, 4 hours, 4 days or whatever. Once these are set then you negative stocks will appear based on these settings

Hi,

Please check the filter criteria you use for LL01. You have to choose 'Display' on 'Negative stocks' tab - maybe this will solve your problem.

If your settings are proper, please tell me:

- can you see negative stock line after running the report?

- can you see any negative stock in LX02? If yes, which number is in the negative stock line of your report?
