I created a sales order for a service material for 200qty, with respect to that i created a Billing request for 180qty, and also i created an invoice for 170 qty.
Still the status of Billing request is showing "Being in Proccessed". i think it shoul show ' Completed' What could be the reason.
You are saying that billing request created for 180 Q but invoice created for 170 Q. That means still 10 Q is pending in billing request. that means still billing request is open. That is the reason it is showing billing request being processed.
If you want complet the billing request please create invoice for the balance quantity or rejecjt the billing request for that balance quantity.
