How to creat a RECIPIENT in the Automatic Alert Notification?

Hello:

Everyone!

I am defining an Automatic Alert Notification,but I don't know

how to create a RECIPIENT and where can I set the Parameter ?

I find a document which say you must first create a distribution list that contains the required data for the recipients (pager number, name, e-mail address, fax number).

I really need your help.

Hi,

You can make the recipent list or you can just type the email id in the method properties you are using in rz21.Just type the type-id as 'U', and the recipent name as xx@yyy.com.

Goto RZ21-> methods -> Display Overview -> The method which you are using, for example, CCMS_OnAlert_Email -> goto Parameters-> Parameter Name -> RECIPIENT ->Parameter Values ->Give Distribution List name or e-mail Id.

You can create distribution list in SBWP transaction There is a menu option for that .Please check:
