Logo printing inverted

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to print a logo on a smart form it appears okay when i preview it, but somehow during printing it gets inverted/ rather mirror imaged. Any ideas how I can correct this

I've faced this problem before when i printed from sap script.

Try to correct or update printer driver in your computer.

Reward if found helpful.

In the user profile..under settings for the printer, check if printer name is mentioned there...it shudnt be locl there..check with the basis team

This happens mainly due to printer settings.. check with your basis team they can solve it easily for you.

hi its not your part of issue please contect your basis person and he will be set printer again from SPAD.

Hi,

Please check any other Smartform in your system which has a logo and check if on printing.. the logo is inverted.

I had the same prob but it was in my Dev system and we were getting an inverted logo on all smartforms.

so the prob was solved. The logo was gtting printed properly from Prod system

Alternatively.. reduce the DPI of your logo and try.. !

Thanks for your reply.. the image seems to be okay on all other smartforms..

I tried to reduce the DPI... it doesnt work either....

Hi,

r u geeting logo properly in print preview? but u r not getting logo properly in print out is it right?.

then this problem will happening with printer settings or output options.

please check with ur Basis guy reg printer settings and functional consultant reg output options
