How to iplement this note 562925

Hi,

Iam looking into this note 562925.

because when i trigger the IDOC from SAP R/3 we are getting the status as 20 Error triggering EDI subsystem

How to implement this note can any one elloborate this with steps

Hi bopanna,

Its purely a basis work ask your basis team.

if you wan to do it means. Just check this whether this note is perfectly matching for you bychecking the software component in your sap and it should match here.

Then if you are in the low package level means implemt that support package by dowblaoding that and UNCAR the file using this sapcar -xvf "filename". After unpacking loggin in ooo client and using ddic password goto spam tcode and upload the files by selecting the files from EPS folder.

I fyou want the noted correction alone means. do it manual correction. getting the object level key for the particular program then manually do all the changes in which they mentioned.

I suggest you to ask your basis guys. they will do the rest of the work.

but here they are saying that we have implement the source code and also they provided the code.

What shld we do witht that code??

do we need to create any program using that in SAP R/3?
