Production order -actual labour time

Hi All,

I need to capture the total labour used for a production order

is there any provision to capture the total labour hours for the production order

1.Go to transaction code coois ( order information system)

2. In the list give it as Confirmations

3. In the Profiel give the Standard Profile

4. Give the Order no / Plant details in the header level

5. Execute the report

6. Now you get the details of the Production order

7. In the layoout get the activity 1 to acitivty 6 with UOM and qty

8. Do the quantity summation as required this will give you the required result

I can able to get the data as per Sathiskumar instruction to give confirmation header in COOIS

As per Amit i got the details in AFRU table

Hi,

1.First you need to define parameters like setup time, machine time and Labour time etc., - OP7B

2. Define standard value key - OP19.- the standard vaule key determines the meaning of the six standard values( setup, machine and Labour) in the operation.

3. Assign this standard vaue key in the work center basic data view and maintain rule for maintenance.

4. Assign this work center in routing of the material.

5. When you create a production order, this routing is copied.

6. When you confirm production through CO11n, you can enter setup time, machine time and Labour time etc.,

I cant able to retrieve any details of labour hours from the coois report

In my scenario they want to have a report that how many actual labour hours is consumed for a particular order

pls help me in this regard

In table AFRU, u can get labour hr consumed for ur order

Hi,

Goto CO02 , enter the prd order no.

Goto operation overview, double click the opn 0010 , check in qty/ activities tab page.

System will show the actual required time and confirmed time for each activity ie, setup time, machine time, labour time which you have defined in std value key of routing.

Like this you can check for each opn 0020, 0030 for a particular order.

u can get from table AFRU

or u can contact CO person, there is std report for viewing planned cost and actual cost.
