There can be millions of questions

Basic things you want to know

1. Which business scenario?

2. Which technical scenario?

3. What are the vendor/materials to be replicated;

4. What type of catalogues are involved? like puch out, internal

5. What workflows are implemented?

6. If cross company purchasing is allowed?

7. What are the different business roles involved?

8. How Org Structures is maintained?
