Hello,
We are attempting to print a SmartForm to a Zebra QL-420, and a blank label is output each time.
If we send the same form to a Zebra 140XiII, it prints correctly.
We have captured the ZPL that is being sent to the printer, and have determined the problem to be the ^POn command in the second line of the file. If we manually change this command to ^POI, and then send the file to the printer, it will print correctly.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
