Live auction problem

Hi experts

I am try to use live auction and I created an auction and tried to star it in a online live auction but I am having an error:

Details: java.lang.RuntimeException:

Unable to connect to R3 to retrieve applet properties. Please check Live Auction R3 connection parameters.

Please review live auction application logs for more details.

Exception id: [00188B47D18F00510000002F000027F0000449487496E0C3]

Someone knows what kind of error is it?

Please verify whether all the Live Auction Post Installation / Post Installation steps hav been completed.

Please refer this thread. All the necessary details for LAC setup is provided.
