brbackup to two different tape Drives

Hi Experts,

I am trying to Copy the SAP database to two different tape drives. Can we able to configure this in init<SID>.sap? Or we have to find some other tools(rman).

Yes, you may configure it in init<SID>.sap.

For parameters tape_address and tape_adress_rew you may have a list of devices, enclosed in brackets, and separated by commas.

tape_address = (..., ...)
