Double/Overlap Print on Zebra LP2844.

I am printing a bar code label which goes through perfectly through a Laser Printer

But when I try to print the same Bar Code using the LP2844 printer I am getting a double image getting printed (as if the bar code is getting printed twice over itself).

Any suggestions ?

Could it be a Smartform issue? Or

Will updating drivers help?

Please advise.

Hi,

This should not be a smartform issue. Because it is printing in laser printer. It may be the zebra printer issue. Ask your basis to reinstall the printer driver.
