Printing PO issues

We are receiving 2 errors in our printing of PO's. One is found in SM50 in the spool processor:

RFC: RFCTR_OPEN: userinfo->spaprotovers 0 [abrfsys.c. 6546}

The second is found looking at SP01 "Internal Message not found (mssg ID = PO, mssg no. = )

These are causing us to not be able to print PO's. Everything works fine when Faxing or EDI.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

If you changed the standard driver program then check the driver program print parameters

Found that in SPAD that the printer definitions were pointing to the wrong drivers

We have a similar problem, 3 Spool requests are being created in short period of time, the first one is fine, the 2nd and third have the same error in SP01. in the events for output there is one error message saying:

"Internal message not found (mssg ID = PO, mssg no. = )"

Unfortunately the OSS also doesn't contain any meaningful notes or references.

any feedback appreciated.
