Hi,

It is against the forum rule to use emails. Anyway, In your BPM process, you can have a block which you have normal processing branch, you have exception inner block that containing control step, whenever the exception triggered, the control step can terminate BPM process.

jst go to SWWL Transaction--->

And choose the status as STARTED and delete the process....
