Printer printing on A4

I have setup smartform to print on DINA4 (210 * 297). But when I issue output the printer says supply A4 paper. When I press button select paper from other tray then it prints out the form.

Is there some thing I am doing wrong? It should print without pressing anything on the printer.

Check if you are getting same error when you give it for print preview.

Then its the probelm with the printer . Talk to your superior they will replace the settings. I think you will not be authorised for SPAD transaction .

Set default tray ( A4 sheet tray) in SPAD transaction for that printer.
