Alternative condition base value for...

Hi

For the below sceanrio Can I use alternative condition base value

ZLAB is the basic price

ZLTR also basic price (when ZLAB is not active)

(Any one only will be triggered at one point)

Now

ZLAD is percentage discount

some time based on ZLAB (if it is active)

or based on ZLTR.

Can I create alternative condition base value to determine the base for ZLAD

Yes you can get your requirement through alternative condition base value

I think that you don't need alternative condition base value.

You can sum ZLAB and ZLTR in one row in your pricing procedure and then make that sum as base for discount ZLAD. Since only one of the prices will be active at anytime so your sum will always reflect correct base price.

Use alternative condition base value if you want to value which is not directly available in your pricing procedure and you need to do some calculations to arrive at that.
