Dear SAP Guru's,
Is there any Configuration process to configure Mu companies Inland Letters official letter that is Inbound or outbound.
Through workflow it can be convered to the particular user that that a letter is arrived and is to be taken from the concerened department.
I have never heard of such a thing but my users require such thing.
Please suggest me How to go about this and the workflow.
