Hi,

While doing pgi system showing error that

1-Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely).

2-Delivery item is not or only partially packed

3--The storage location is not defined for delivery item 000010 000000000395 FINISHED MATERIAL20,000 EA

Please give me solution.

Hi,

In Delivery creation screen, there is a tab called picking, click on that to enter the quantity to be issued and then storage location plant and only single batch no mentioned (one or more batch nos select the batch split ) batch split first of all to fill the pick qty and then select the batch split same qty and then back and click on PGI button

Dear Raj

1) Go to VL01N / VL02N and select "Picking" tab. Here maintain the same quantity in "Picked Qty" as "Deliv.Qty".

2) Same as above

3) In the same tab (Picking), in between Plant and Deliv. Qty, enter the storage location

Freind,

U have not done the Picking in ur delivery doc.

What u can do while creating delivery doc. go to the

"Picking" Tab and maintain

storage location here

also give the pick qtys here.

and if item is relavant for packing do the select the material

and click on the "Pack" icon on the top.

Hope this solves the issue or revert.

1. Check the picking qty in the delivery. picking tab.. enter the picking qty same as delivery qty

3. storage loc is not determined for the line item 10 that is your material 395. enter the Sloc in delivery next to plant

Hi,

Please maintain the storage location in the delivery line item.

goto lt03 for picking, it takes you to create transfer order screen...
