Hi ALL,

Could someone advice me on how to increase the thread count for JDBC Adapter in Visual Admin:

JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System.Call.maxConsumers 5

JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System.Recv.maxConsumers 5

JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System.Rqst.maxConsumers 5

JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System.Send.maxConsumers 5

I need to increase them to 10.

Regards,

Xier

All,

Please let us know the impact of the Max thread count changes at JDBC adapter queues and how much we can go for from 5 to <nn> and how this changes will work with Application thread manager Maxthreads in SAP PI environemnt.

Thanks.

We have increased the number of JDBC adapter threads to 15 and also AFW threads to 10. But now whats happening is SAP is sending around 100 messages to JDBC, at one time only 11 messages are in delivering state instead of 15. Remaining messages go to waiting state instead of 'To Be elivered' state. and after some time all waiting messages fail showing system error.

Could someone please explain why?
