script Problem

Hello Friends,

while printing the out put in main window i am unable to get the proper alignment...

ex

material1 300 2.0 ; 600

marerial desc 300 3.0 ; 900

materuakhjkh 800 1.0 ; 800

but i need the proper alignment like it should come in exact column....

please suggest me regarding this....

You have to adjust it with Tab spaces.

Define your tab for each column by giving the tab length in mm/inch.

Then you can use tab before or after the fields as and when necessary to align them in order.

Thanks for your answers ..!

even though i used the tab settings in paragraph format

i am not proper out put one value the same value is ok for other rows

ex

1 chamical1 2.5 ; 200 3000

2 Pharma 3.0 ; 325 4253

3 chamicalse 2.8 ; 521 3.02

I am not getting the values in exact column..,

how to get the correct format for the value(2.8) please suggest regarding this

Could you please paste the code lines of your script here also mention required position for each field,

Just paste the code lines for those fields.

here for first 2rows its working fine

but from thirdrow, 3rd colomn is not working so please suggest me regarding this

Can you please specify the tab positions that you had mentioned in the paragraph format.

Hi

You can see Paragraph and character formats in script.

So declare the tab spaces in paragraph formats and in text elemts give that name of paragraph .
