Hello SRM Experts,
When the Reviewer recieved a workitem, then the following buttons are available : Forward, Reserve , Resubmission and Details., and Replace.
Explain in detail, for the above mentioned tabs for the reviewer.
When i clicked on Reserve tab, the status of the workitem is changed from Ready to Reserved and the tab Replace appears inplace of Reserve.
Again, when i clicked on Replace tab, the status of the workitem is changed from Reserved to Ready and the tab Reserve appears inplace of Replace.

Hi Sathya,
Forward means you can forward this workitem to some other user ID's Inbox.
Suppose you have a scenario where there are multiple agents for a workitem. In this case when workitem gets generated, it is available in the Inbox of all these agents.
However when you click on "Reserve", it will diappear from the Inbox of all other agents and will remain in your Inbox only.
For this type of reserved workitem, when you click on "Replace", it puts back the workitem in the Inbox of all agents again.
If a workitem appears in your Inbox today and you wanted to see in your Inbox on a different date only (This date should be a future date which is greater than today's date), you can click on 'Resubmission" and give a date. It will disappear form your Inbox now and will reappear on the date that you have mentioned while Resubmitting it.
Details shows you the details about workitem.
