deactivate fax cover

i want to deactivate the defalut fax cover which was run through f110 .

also can someone tell me the form name of the default fax cover. is this the right one 'OFFICE-TELEFAX_A'

any suggestion will be appreciated.

For standard fax cover you can use BCS_FAX_COVER or UDM_FAX_COVER.
