PERSON NOT VISIBLE IN OM IN STAFF ASSIGNMENTS DISPLAY

hi all

in OM

First i uploaded org units through bdc

next positons through bdc

next jobs through bdc

next s-o-c relationships

in PA

i uploaded employee master data (i.e. for IT0000, 0001 & 0002)

while uploading 0001 i have assigned positions to the person and Org unit and Job it has taken bcause it is already assigned in the OM.

NOW THE PROBLEM

when i was seeing structure in OM for that positon i am able to see JOB and Org unit but not Person.

what i have done and what i have to do

Inputs plz. it's urgent.

Check IT 1007 for the position if its occupied/vancant!!!!!

for positons no record is existed for it1007. but in PA i have already assigned position to the person while data uploading through bdc.

what are all the data fields i need to maintain in those reports

Hi,

First check the validity period of assignement.

Then go to PP02 and enter the position number and check the relationships in infotype 1001. If person is assigned it has to show the relation else create holder (A008) relationship.

period is correct but its not showing the relationsship. This is what my problem is

my problem is i am not founding the holder of that positon in staff assignments display

i have got some idea that i need to run those reports.

but 00 report is for PA - PD. even though i will try just tell me what are all the inputs i need to give in that report and as well as before to run that report any basic settings in integration switches is required
