SLFV not found

Dear Fr,

I have two IDES solman systems on one

system SLFV transaction type is present but

on the other one

it is not ?

The reply from my BASIS team I have received is that if we upgrade from 3.2 version it exists but if we do a fresh installation of solman directly with 4.0 version SLFV is not there .

How to overcome this problem.

I will reward points for sure.

Dear Prakhar,

if the transaction type SLFV doesn't exist in your SolMan-System you should activate the BC-Set SOLMAN40_SDESK_SLFV

Thanks for you kind reply,.

But When i was searching for this BC set for activation,

it says BC set doesn't exist.

As mentioned SLFV is std type for service contracts but as it is not present i am unable to proceed further.

Please help me if it is required for implementing SLA accoding to config guide but i am unable to proceed because of this problem

I am in SolMan 40 SP15 and I have this BC Set. If you don't find it, give me your email and I can send file SOLMAN40_SDESK_SLFV.bcs for you.

Hello All-

activating BC Solman40_DESK_SLFV ser in SolMan 7.1 after all SLFN config is done, does it overwrite any customizing? Please advice ! & points granted if you can show an example?
