Vendor Replication problem

Hi

I am trying to replicate the vendors from R3 to SRM using BBPGETVD, with just one vendor.

The ECC Logical system name / From and To vendor (same vendor), checked the Address Comparison to identify duplicates, object ID, and selected 'Only Transfer R/3 Number Range'

But, I am getting this error '

No data records found for system xxxxxxxxxxx,client999; check entries

I thought this could be due to RFC related problem, But, I could able to successfully replicate the Materials from R/3

Any help is highly appriciated..

Hi Ramesh,

In addition to the inputs from Disha, look at the following points which may help you in resolving the issue :

1. Check whether any Vendor master records exist in the source system or not.

2. Check the attributes maintained for the vendor group (root org.) using PPOSV_BBP txn.

3. In BBPGETVD txn. check whether the correct Vendor Group I.D is maintained or not.

Also choose the option for Number assignment as " Local number range in case R/3 number assignment not possible".

Ensure the maintenance of above mentioned points and let us know about the outcome.

Thank you for your prompt response.

1. I have lot of vendors in the ECC system.

2. Following Attributes are maintained in PPOSV_BBP

Account system for Vendor - ECC

Company Code - CoCode - source sytem ECC

Local currency = USD

System Alias for Vendor = ECC

3. I have reconfirmed that the correct Vendor Group ID has

been maintained

Still, I am having the same problem

Hi Teja & Disha

I could able to identify the problem.

I didn't had vendors with the Purchasing Org that we have mapped in the Org Structure and that was causing the error

'No data records found for system xxxxxxxxxxx,client999; check entries'

I created a vendor with Purch. Org that I have assigned in the SRM Org structure and I could able to replicate the vendor..

Hi,

no data records found for system

This means there are no vendors existing in the R/3 system itself.
