Hi All,
whenever users are entering some text in Japanese character set while creating a shopping cart in SRM, the smartform print output is displaying some junk characters!! even though the system is unicode compatable, did any one have problem ??
Thanks.
This may happen due to many reason.
As you know japanese characters are double digit characters.. if font family does not exits it may show some junk characters or with hashes..
To over come this,
1) check wether the printer you are previewing the output is unicode enabled.
2) make sure that japanese font family is loaded into SAP.
3) See some page code settings has to be made in your user profile to display japaense font.. check with the user... maintain user profile under parameter tab.
close your thread once your question is answered.
Regards,
SaiRam
