hi,
identify this as an additional line item at the order level with Dien material type whenever a white glove delivery is required along with the main item. For this item, also ensure you do a delivery but ofcourse no PGI(use LEIS as the item cat group).
Carry out the billing as usual but for the main item and also the dien material, for white glove delivery charge.
