Hi,
I think XI forum is not with more or extra rules but the rules are displayed in a tricky manner. Each rule is displayed as a thread subject which enables everyone to look at each rule without actually going into the thread. It's really a good idea which remind about all the rules all the time to all users getting into the forum.
