Hi...

Need documentation or a guide of where should I send the cost of a project to use the Profitability analysis, and how to create an automatic settlement rule to a PA Object.

I tryed using t-code CJB2 and does not create the PAO for the WBS that is indicated as billing element.

Hi,

If you are using COPA, then profitability project, refer the below URL for complete details.

For automatic generation of settlement rule in CJB2, we need to define Determine Strategy for Settlement Rule where the cost receiver object from WBSE will be defined. The path is as follows.

Settlement-->Settlement Rule for Work Breakdown Structure Element -->Determine Strategy for Settlement Rule / Assign Strategy to Project Profile. Once the details will be defined there, after running cjb2, automatically settlment rule will be defined for WBSE.
