retanable packing items

hi

for retanable packing items we are maintaing cost( if the customer not returned the customer should bare that amount)

but when customer return the retanable packing item we are using retanable sales document type, in that we are getting order value for those items, how can we make that order value as a " 0 ''.

Dear Srinivas,

When you taking back retanable packing item from the customer you use sales document type LA-Ret.Packaging Pickup system will not consider the pricing of the item.

If you want take back with the Return sales order only then you set No price in the Return itemcategory detail screen (t.code VOV7)
