BLOCK PROFORMA INVOICE

HI GURUS

I KNW THAT IN STANDARD SAP IT ALLOWS U TO CREATE N NUMBER OF TIMES THE PROFORMA INVOICE

BUT CAN I BLOCK THE DELIVERY DOCUMENT FOR THE SECOND TIME ALLOWING U NT TO CREATE PROFROMA INVOICE

I DONT WANT TO CHANGE THE NORMAL SETTINGS FOR JEX.

I TRIED COPYCONTROLS FOR LF TO JEX IN THAT ONE SUGGESTED THAT IF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE FIELD IS ACTIVATED U CAN DO

BUT THEN I NEED TO GO AND CHANGE JEX SETTINGS AS ONE OF MY FIEND SUGGESTED IN SDN.

ANY WAY TO BLOCK THE DELIVERY DOCUMENT SECOND TIME

IN DELIVERY TYPE OR SOMETHING..

Coded a routine and assigned in the copy control settings

if it is to do with printing the output, during output communicaiton setting you can block "repetitive printing'.

check the settings, select 'prince once only' button.Then you will be able to print only once.

But since it is a proforma invoice and as there are no accounting docs generated, it does not update VBFA table.

hi,

You can block the delivery once the proforma inovice created by routines. in copy control from delivery to proforma invoice. maintain new routine to delivery doc will copy only once to proforman invoice doc..in VOFM transaction..your problem will solve..
