Searching docs

Can anyone please tell me how to search sales docs or delivery docs in the system?? as someone said to search for such docs and then maintain copy controls....so please tell me how to search...

Hi,

See you can either search documents based on tables or directly running transactions.

I would suggest use transactions

1)For viewing sales docs, go to VA03 , do F4 and then based on your search criteria, such as created on, sales document type, created by, you can search for your sales document in the SAP system.

2) For viewing delivery documents, go to VL03N , and do F4 , look at the search criteria and now filter out the delivery documents based on your requirement.

Otherwise use table VBAK and or LIKP

If u mean u want to see the list of docs then try

VA05 for orders

VL06O for deliveries

Also u can go to VA02/VA03 and press F4 to search the order

same way u can do for delivery in VL02N/VL03N

Tables

VBAK- Sales Document Header data

VBKD - Sales Doc Business data

VBAP - Sales Doc Item /Schedule lines

LIKP - Delivery Hdr data

LIPS - Delivery Item

Use SE12 or SE16 or SE16N tarnsaction codes to view these tables.
