How can I set copy controls between Sales doc and Delivery doc....how to maintain item and headers...please provide me the steps...

here u can maintain the copy controls between ur Order and deliveries.
at the header as well as for the item level.

That is okay, but how to identify which are the Sdocs and Delivery docs the company is using???? what should in the header and item be set...thats what i wanted to know....

it depends upon the Business process of the company yaar. and their requirements.
SAP has here too given the standards so u can copy them in case u r preparing ur own doc. and delivery types.
Just goto the VTLA and chk by urself the settings at the header level and item level as it differs from scenario to scenario.
