ERROR WHILE CREATING THE SALES ORDER

Hi,

After creating the sales order and while trying to save it im getting a message saying "Express document "update was terminated"" recieved from the author "Rahul".

When i check the inbox, it says "definately cannot transfer message to node SMTP due to connection error".

This is hapenning for only one user.

What could be the problem?

Hi Rahul,

It may be related to network problem so take assistence of the BASIS people.

Even any other technical problem also they can able to identify

I think update memory was full. Contact your technical manager to increase memory.

Hi rahul

This could happen bcoz of the number range in the sales order, if the number range has come to an end , this message can take place.

so go to VOV8 and change the number range , if you are using internal change the internal number range and if you are using the external number range change the external number range. and then create the sales order , i think it will not show any error what you said .

Let me know the status ,after changing the no. range and cerating the salesorder.

2nd possible thing is your memory might be full.
