Error in GOA Distribution

Hello All,

We are on SRM server 550 and ECC 6.0 (plan driven with

classic). We are doing the following steps -

1. PR will be created in ECC

2. PR (Service material group only) will be transfered to SRM souring

3. Create RFQ in SRM

4. Create GOA from RFQ and distibute it backend

In the 4th step we are getting the error (BBP_BE_CTR 003 Errors occurred in mapping operation for conditions data) while debugging in ECC.

We also do not get the idoc in bd87 in ECC. When I create GOA without reference to any backend p req ( only step 3 and 4 ) I do get the idoc in ECC.

Any help please.

Hi Pradeep,

the mapping of the conditions between SRM and ECC are missing. You can do a mapping via badi BBP_CTR or maintain the SRM condition types in ECC manually.

There are some threads explaining the mapping - go for a search. With the mapping in place, you should be fine.

After maintaining condition type 01CT in ECC I can see the idoc in ECC. But it is coming with the following error

Status 51

Message type :- COND_A

status text :- Item 00001 does not exist

Basic type :- COND_A02

Is it something to do with the way condition have been defined ?

There are some more condition types which need to be mapped; at least the one on header and item level like - do not know all be heart:

01CT

01RA

01RP

Give it a further try.
