function module not released for remote calls

hi all,

when i try to create a model based on adaptive RFC model, i get the list of BAPIs and i select one and continue with it and that is when i get an Exception

function module not released for remote calls

can anyone guide me to the solution?

Hi Sudeer,

Its seems like the BAPI/ RFC that you want to use is not Released. Login to R3 and Transaction code se37 for RFCs and choose release option from menu.

Try this out and let us know the result

Check this [link|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/22/0425ff488911d189490000e829fbbd/frameset.htm] and also check the attributes of the BAPI. The processing Type should be set as Remote-Enabled Module.
