Notes for approval ( offline )

Hi Gurus,

I don't see Notes for approval "texts" in the e-mail.

As an approver, I want to see the "Notes for approval" in the e-mail before approving the SC.

Please help

Change the WF standard task description to achieve this functionality..

What should I add/change at WF standard task ?

I know the WF task number. But I am not sure how to add the "approval note" in the description.

Pranav,

Follow the steps:

-> Goto PFTC and edit the standard task

-> goto description and click change

-> At the bottom of the current message (or your preferred location) insert the fields from workflow container..

Check if the data is available if not then you may have to extend ur container (BUS2121 using txn SWO1).. If it doesnt work send me an email @ prabap@gmail.com and lets look into it..

There are no direct way to get the Approval Notes. You have extend your business object and add an attribute. With the help of FM BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL, read the table E_LONGTEXT and search for the below entries

TD_OBJECT - BBP_PD

TDID - NOTM
