Milestones on WBS level and Milestonebilling with fixed amounts

Hello,

For a number of reasons I do not have the possibility to attach my milestones to activities. I will have to attach milestones to WBS elements. SAP allow this, but I am wondering how can I trigger the Billing Milestones on WBS level? I cannot confirm the WBS. Does anyone have an idea as how to trigger the WBS-milestone?

Another question, maybe a stupid one, I know that you can change the milestones that you use for billing so that you do not have to enter a percentage to be billed, but you enter a fixed amount that is to be billed if the milestone is reached. I haven't a clue as to how to become this. I just want to be able to bill a fixed amount in stead of a percentage on the billing milestone.

When the milestone is triguered, it obtain a real date.

Try to capture the real date for the milestone to see if that helps you.

I found my answers.

Milestones on WBS can be triggered just by entering a real date.

The fixed billing amount can be entered in the salesorder. Too easy..

I kinda feel like a true n00b. 😛
