Scripts-Transfer of data

Hi Experts,

Scripts are client depondent so,i want to transfer the request from Dev to Qty i.e Dev301 and Qty-501 ,How many ways it is possible pls explain it?it is not standard program such as medruck etc.,

1) 1 way is scc1 transaction.

2) copy from the client from utilities is it possible this way ,pls tell me is it possible this way or not if so explain it detailly .

Hi,

In the client where you want ur form to be copied, Go to SE38 and execute progam 'RSTXCPFS'. Give the object name as ur form name and source client and execute.

you will be find ur form copied to the new client.

Hi,

SAPscript is fully integrated with the transport system, so this is your best way to move SAPscript between systems. Assign your SAPscript to a transport relevant package and everything else works as any other transport.

SCC1 can be used to copy the SAPscript between clients on the same instance.

The upload/download utility is a hang-over from early releases where you could not use SCC1, you can use it but there are not logs and it is only useful to take a backup of the SAPscript.
