ERROR MESSAGE IN SQM2

hi gurus,

I am downloading material from R/3 to SRM.

But for some materials , i end up getting the message

Function module "CRMG_MAP_FROM_CHARSTR" not found.

in the transaction SMQ2 --> with status SYSFAIL

in the transaction SMQ2 --> with status SYSFAIL.

can somebody help me with clues

Hi,

Pls check the entries in the CRM related tables again.Make sure it is pointing to the SRM system.

Also see this note(It is applicable to CRM but gives some pointers on the entries in the table CRMRFCPAR):

We are working in SRM4.0 & facing the similar error

"Function module "CRM_DOWNLOAD_RCV_EXIT" not found"

Hi,

Are you sure that you have configured your middleware correctly? Looks to me like it's going to the wrong system...
