Hi Experts

I have configured the support desk in solman 4.0. Now i want to configure SLA for the support messages. Please provide me configuration guide for SLA.

Hi Raghu,

Can you please forward me the SLA Configuration for the SAP Service desk.

We are configuring SDK and not able to do the escalation procedures and the standard durations what to use in.

Importantly what i am looking for is once the mesg crosses certian time frame it should automatically routed to the next level.

Do we need to create the Org Unit for Sales also?

I tried with help.com but not able to understand.

Currently we are facing problem while implementing the SLA For Service Desk fuctionality .
