Hi sap gurus,
In SPRO setting I assigned a internal number range for MIC. But when I am creating a MIC, it is taking internal number when I am not assiging any number to that mic, If I am assigning external number it taking and saving with that external number.
So I want to avoid the external number for MIC. How can I do this one
Regards,
Krishna
I don't think you can prevent someone from using an alpha type of MIC name.. like "ph". For external number range, simply set the number range to from 1 - 2. Only two externals can then be created.
i can't get into the number range area of our system to specifically check on MIC number ranges. Some number ranges have a check box that must be checked on to allow the external number range to be used. I can't remember if that is the case with the MIC objects or not.
