Hi All,
we have done File To Proxy Scenarion File ,working fine for unit testing.
when went in the UFAT , File is pushing from another network to FTP Server.
Whenever push a file in the FTP system, the XI interface will not pick it out and process it. When I copy the file into my local PC, without changing the content of the file, and save it , the file will get processed correctly.
please help us.

Hi MS Kumar,
so while unit testing the file is picked from local system i.e xi server, u got problem when picking the files from the ftp server..
for this check step by step..
check the ftp connectivity by going to the file adapter
there give the exact ip address of the ftp server and possible if it is a remote server change it to ACTIVE and check the user anonoymous and give the username and password of the FTP server once again.. and check in the communication channel monitoring in RWB .. see what is the error u are getting,.
if u got the erroor.. 550 or in that series , there is a problem with accessing the folder from the FTP server, so contact the administrator of the FTP to resolve the problem..
else check with the data..
revert back for further ..
regards
Kishore

Hi,
Check out if there any firewall settings that have restricted the file to be processed.
Do you have proper Read permissions to that network location.
Please check if the UFAT system have processed completely the file and then XI should pick-up it..while processing/creating the file by UFAT Xi will not able to process it.
Thanks
Swarup

U can check the following:
1. FTP connection parameters
2. Polling interval
3. Firewall open ports (if present)
