problem on connect repository.

i can connect in ID both of IR, SLD and RWB. But when i try to click in the link IR, i have a white page with this message at head "The requested client is unknown!"

pls help

Not a sure shot solution but u may try restarting the java stack

Hi,

Check whether ur host entry was present in the Drivers, and also check the java path was set.. and also if it is ok.. try to restart the java stack..

Goto SMICM transaction code in XI

Goto Administration----J2EE InstanceRestart-Yes

is it a dual stack ..

Goto SMICM and check whether BSP pages are active, go through once it might be the problem..

Yes it's dual stack. how can i check if BSP is active or not with SMICM.

As u noticed I am not skill admin at all.

finnaly the problem was:

PIREPUSER was blocked, because the passwrd was changed (i can't explain that)

the solution is:

to deblock the PIREPUSER at first.

and then restart stack java with SICM.
