i can connect in ID both of IR, SLD and RWB. But when i try to click in the link IR, i have a white page with this message at head "The requested client is unknown!"
pls help
Not a sure shot solution but u may try restarting the java stack

Check whether ur host entry was present in the Drivers, and also check the java path was set.. and also if it is ok.. try to restart the java stack..
